We offer classes scale-able for every level, and each class is capped at 8 people so everyone can get the individual attention they need. To sign up for classes, please use this link and sign up under the goCrossfit tab. Please show up 10-15 minutes early for a proper warmup. 


Intro to Weightlifting

This is the perfect class for anyone who is feeling like their Olympic movements (snatch, clean and jerk) need some work.  This can be scheduled as either a 1on1 or small group class and will focus on the fundamentals of each movement, along with any auxiliary movements to help strengthen the body for each lift.  


goYoga with Mia Kostic

This class is for people who want to improve their connection to primal movement, whose flexibility leaves something to be desired, those who understand the inextricable connection of mental and physical performance.
