goCrossFit Intro Assessment

All those new to CrossFit will be required to complete our Intro assessment to determine your athletic levels and strength. This will allow our Instructors to better determine where you should begin. Most individuals new to CrossFit will be required to complete the Intro program with an Instructor. Schedule an assessment on-line or at the club.
Intro to goCrossFit

-3 session Intro program designed to teach you the philosophies and methodology of following a CrossFit program. You will be trained on the core movements and scaled variations of the most popular CrossFit exercises. Along with how to plan your workouts, post forum questions and remarks, and follow the Workout Of the Day (WOD).

What level of goCrossFit Athlete are you? Level 1,2,3,4, or 5!
Want to know where you stand as a goCrossFit Athlete! We’ve put together skill challenges to assess your levels of strength and conditioning. Assess every month or when you feel up for the challenge. Supervised by an Instructor to track and time your results. It’s a great way to motivate yourself and train for a goal!
Class Structure
-Classes are limited to 6-participants, and will be filled on a “first to sign-up” basis.
-Each class will be right around 30-minutes long.
-Plan on arriving 15-minutes early to warm-up, and practice your skills.
-No two classes are ever the same. Expect the unexpected.
-Classes are INTENSE. Plan on bringing water, or money to buy some when you arrive.
